1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Trivia Rumble, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Trivia Rumble. By using the game, you confirm you meet this requirement. You must also comply with Discord's own Terms of Service when playing through Discord.

3. User Conduct

By playing Trivia Rumble, you agree NOT to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automation tools to gain unfair advantages
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with game servers
• Impersonate other players or Discord staff
• Use the game for any unlawful purpose

Violations may result in being removed from game sessions or permanently banned.

4. Game Rules

• Each game session supports up to 10 players
• Rounds last 15 seconds each
• Scoring is based on correct answers and speed
• The host controls when the game starts

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Trivia Rumble — including design, code, branding, and assets — is owned by the creator. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Trivia Rumble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the game will be available at all times or free from errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Trivia Rumble, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or issues with third-party services.
